原文. 
You want money to invest for improving the Golf Club at Monty’s beach and the Sea Scape theme park, both popular tourist attractions.  

Sea Scape in Marvin’s Bay requires urgent repairs to its swimming pool and water slide.  

The park is extremely popular with holidaying families and the owner, Barry Kuda, will match the amount of money awarded for the upgrade, pound for pound.   

The golf club needs new facilities, including the club with shops and restaurants, and proposed 5-star spa hotel for wealthier tourists.  

the course requires improvements to become an official tournament venue, which will attract wealthier visitors.  

This will involve joint funding with the golf resort owner Mr Ty Gerwoods.   

You also want money to invest for developing and upgrading the current facility to a bigger and more modern airport to meet increased levels of tourism.   

There is currently very poor internet connection and shopping facilities at the airport which is also looking run-down having its last upgrade in 1991.   

The runway also needs repaired as many airlines are complaining of both the financial and time costs caused by having to make repairs due to their aircraft because of the uneven runway surface.

• 上图是航天对旅游业影响. 大家也可以按这种方式去查找吧. 但是每个老师要求不一样.

这个点也可以例证, 旅游业带来了如此多的收益, 因此投资给旅游业如此多也是应该的.

   1. 小插曲不喜欢background这个词 原因如下
   2. 已经教学了30 years , 主要专注于工程问题,实际上更多的解决 report writting 问题, 不喜欢 background
   3. 举了个例子: 北京是中国的首都, 在中国的东部....Colin用这个单词定义这种描述 Waffle
   4. waffle - a lot of words but not information.
3. 什么是situation

   1. 更倾向于Context. 这部分主体是描述展开的.
4. situation 和 problem 实际上有一些overlap // 刚好迎合Lesson A的观点.

可以在situation 段少一些, problem 多说一些(因为篇幅原因, 所以需要一定的取舍, 此消彼长嘛), 就是 影响到了谁, 具体影响是什么?

• 重点consistent

  • 提出的situation 在problem也要提及 same order
  • 简单描述就是, 每个提及的内容都要给解答并且分析. 按照顺序.
