还有一点

  1. 所有的内容在以上结构展开,所有的词都可以换,只需要留着结构来保证连贯性和一致.

  2. 另外一定要记得表达委婉委婉委婉

  3. 还要记得尽量说大众观点,容易引发考官共鸣,不要标新立异~容易跑题.

  4. 雅思考试不考观点的新颖和高级,考的是如何提出观点展开行文论述.

总体上来说犯罪的根源有3个:没工作;没有接受过教育;贫富差距。

  • 没工作的话,很好理解。为了能谋生,就会进行犯罪(偷窃/抢劫);
  • 没有接受过教育就意味着这个人不知道/不了解要为自己的行为承担责任,或者不知道这样做的后果很严重,或者不清楚会对他人构成什么样的伤害;
  • 贫富差距容易引发人的怨恨情绪,单纯出于报复而犯罪。

由以上3个点,就可以推导出如何降低犯罪率。这也是作文常问的解决方案

  • 政府鼓励企业多提供就业岗位(补贴)&提供免费的技能培训。
  • 宣传法律常识的重要性。让人们知道犯法是不允许的,是要承担后果的。
  • 缩小贫富差距。

由此而来的对犯罪份子的惩罚方式2个:坐牢&做社区服务

坐牢的好处

  • 对受害者来说是公平的
  • 起到震慑作用,告知其他公民,触犯法律是要承担责任的
  • 防止犯罪分子再次伤害他人

坐牢的缺陷

  • 犯罪分子出来以后无法适应现在的社会(再犯罪)
  • 可能变得更加危险

做社区服务的好处

  • 没有犯罪记录
  • 在活动中,有机会接触他人。在活动中学到技能,变得具有容忍性。

做社区服务的缺陷

  • 意识不到事情的严重性
  • 对受害者来说不公平

如果涉及到青少年犯罪,思路是一样的。但是要加上青少年这个因素

青少年犯罪的原因

  • 模仿同伴的行为(不想没朋友)
  • 缺乏鉴别能力,模仿电影/游戏里的情节(并不了解会造成的伤害)
  • 缺乏父母的关心

青少年犯罪份子一般倾向让他们去做社区服务,不是坐牢。这样会给他们一次机会,顾及他们将来的发展。

青少年犯罪的解决办法

  • 父母多关心
  • 学校多宣传遵守法律的重要性&承担自己行为责任的重要性
